in need of some serious updating!
So I was looking back at when the last time I posted one, and I tried to post one on May 19Th, but never finished! So for those of you who even look on here, here is an update on my life!
Nothing much has changed! Okay......I lie! I have not been running like I used to. It is really upsetting. I worked so hard to get to where I was at. I could run 6-7 miles like nobodies business and now I am lucky if I even go running! When I do go running, I can only run 1 mile and I am freaking tired!!! The reason for my lack in the running department is I have been dating this guy named Mike! He is really great guy!
I started this like 3 days ago......since then, I have been running again! It has been really hard. I am going to start off slow. I have only been running one mile when I go. I figure, If I do that for a week, it will get me worked up to running more. I have noticed the last few times I've ran, I have shine splints! I plan on working through them.
When I am running, that's when I feel like Molly! I am not worrying about the stresses of life,just me and the pavement! It is great!! Also on that note, I was telling my best friend Katie, I feel the best about myself when I am in my running clothes! HA HA! I know it sounds really stupid, but when I have them on, am not so worried about then body!
One more thing, When I was a little on the bigger side, I never wanted to become how I am. I would look at certain people and thing to myself " You look good, SHUT UP!!" But of course I would never say that to their face! But now that I have lost weight, I catch myself not being satisfied with how I look. I know, I look a lot better that I used to, but I feel like I need to be a certain weight. I know that doesn't really matter, but I have become CRAZY!!!
