21 Days

So I made a new goal... or should I say trying make a habit.

They say it takes 21 days to make something a habit, so I am going to test it out.

Sunday the the 27th of September was day one.

I went running 3 miles.

My goals are to be on time for work everyday!! ( Am I going to hard on myself??)

And the other one is to be able to run at least 2 miles with out stopping at day 21.

It is harder than I thought to get back into running. Just because you have done a Half Marathon and completed it, doesn't mean you are still a good runner.

So we will see how it goes!!

Today is the best day of my life to date! Yep, you thought right, It is the Britney Spears concert tonight! I am so excited. I am going with Samantha and Sandy. We are going to go to dinner before, then head to the concert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So Gavin turned 5 years old on the 24th. He is getting so big!!! He is so smart. He is my best friend in the entire world!! He is my first love as Mohammed would say. He had a little party, the Samonans came over and danced for him it was so much fun!

Things I have learned about myself...

First, I don't know if you all know, I have moved to Draper and am living with my Favorite brother Ben. I have lived there since the end of November.
I am working for a company called Crush. I sell Dietary supplements and other health products. I really enjoy it a lot! I never thought I would like a sales job, but it is actually really fun. I like that that harder you work, the more you make. Opposed to doing the same thing everyday and not really making or reaching any goals. And, I have meet some really nice people!


The last few months I have learned a few things about myself.

1- I have learned I fall in love WAY to fast.
It is really hard for me to let my guard down, but when I do... There is no stopping my feelings.

2- If I trust you, and you don't follow through with things.. my trust is gone!!
Going back to letting my guard down, once I have let you in.. and I feel like I don't do that easily. I really trust you. At first, I still feel very vulnerable. and if you let me down.. my guard goes up faster than you can say my name!

3- I am stronger than I thought!!
Not physically, mentally and emotionally. When i first stated this job, it was super hard. But I was determined to make it work. And it turns out I am really good at it!!!



I think at the moment, that is all I can think of.

So 2008 was not that bad of a year. But 2009 will be a lot better!!

One thing I am going to work on ( some of you will be happy..) is Not avoiding the problem. Instead of not dealing with things that need to be dealt with, I am going to confront the issue from the very beginning. I feel like I have let people take advantage of by not approaching things when they should have been dealt with. Not this year!

She was so funny, She had never used her camera on her phone before. She is so funny! She has only sent me one of the 6 so that will have to do.

Running everyday for 30 years!

I ran across this article on MSN. I think it is pretty neat that he has been able to run EVERYDAY for 30 years.
I found it at the right time, I have been struggling at finding my motivation to hit the pavement again.

Circus

Britney Spears Circus came out today! I am very excited!! Also, I found out that she is coming to concert here. My phone keeps ringng with people calling and texting me to tell me that she is coming. I love it! I like that people know where I stand.

We had an early Thanksgiving Dinner at Ben's house on Sunday. It was really fun! Everyone came, even Adams family. But they were late like always! I made my first homemade pumpkin pies, and a No bake Chocolta pie. Those of you who know me know I am not the best in the kitchen. So that is really brave of me. But they turned out really good!! We made homemade butter like we used to when we were little kids. That was fun to do that with all the kids.
