They say it takes 21 days to make something a habit, so I am going to test it out.
Sunday the the 27th of September was day one.
I went running 3 miles.
My goals are to be on time for work everyday!! ( Am I going to hard on myself??)
And the other one is to be able to run at least 2 miles with out stopping at day 21.
It is harder than I thought to get back into running. Just because you have done a Half Marathon and completed it, doesn't mean you are still a good runner.
So we will see how it goes!!
